No Bear says it will not happen. Is that because we do not have the money to last through a three to five year process? And if we do not get the permit are we then bankrupt by vertue of the bondholders lawsuits against the last remaining assets? Would we expect a source of cash to pop up to pay for the arbitration from the funds/venture capitalist currently involved?
