I think we need to take a step back from this situation and look at who benefits from all the negative talk and news. As the deal get closer to becoming a reality there are only so many days left for people like RC to write stuff hoping we will go to his site. It will also be his last chance to screw with KRY shareholders. If the ball is clearly in VZ court like most of us believe, can anyone come up with a good reason for VZ to tell CRRC/CREC they have decided they are not a suitable partner to mine LC. Remember that the government of China owns a majority of CREC. I can't see HUGO saying thanks for building the railways and all the money so far but I was just kidding about LC. I will continue to wait for official word that we are either good to go or we are filing for arbitration. JJ
