i think (along with other things) that kinda limits venz ability to say we were nationalized in 05' or 08' or that the imataca is off limits, or that a mining endeavor must be a state company, or that bat boy has invaded LC and that's why we're being booted out...

this whole LC thing is basically just another big slap in the face to the western world...

the United States shall from this day forward nationalize all real property and refuse all debts owed to the governments of China, Russia,Saudi Arabia (and pretty much all of the middle east including Israel, ok fine, we'll leave Israel up for discussion)...but definately venezuela....
