This is what I don't comprehend.

1. KRY doesn't own the consession.

2. KRY just had the MOC voided

3. VZ has screwed KRY over for more than 15 years

Now with KRY having nothing going in its favor, VZ is all of a sudden going to negotiate with KRY?

Makes no sense.
