Thanks for all your input for the benefit of this board, it is appreciated. It doesn't seem far fetched to have someone (Chinese??) to put up $110mil for a priority return of say $220 to $250mill against the icsid case. It would not appear that in the icsid case we would get less than our original investment back plus interest along with bonding fees, taxes etc. I guess the lost profit part of the equation is the unknown, but I would think some compensation would be heading to Crystallex. Is there any way we can get more clarity on whether lost profits are part of any icsid settlements?
