What is the quarterly report making reference to? Are we in fact 100% in good standing with the MOC?

In the quarter ended March 31, 2011, the Company identified additional obligations associated with the

reforestation of 3 hectares on the Las Cristinas site. The Las Cristinas concessions consist of 3,885 hectares.
