Does anyone know for sure who the bond-holders (the ones who are suing the company) actually are? Since the bonds have been in place for a number of years, I assume that the original bond-holders may have sold the bonds to other parties. Is there a way of identifying the principals behind the law suit.

We have never really been able to say for sure (beyond apparent stupidity) why exactly the Vens decided to string us out and finally cancel the contract. I have wondered whether that could be because at some point after the discussion with the Cinese began, they managed to acquire some of the bonds and now "believe" that with KRY's default on these bonds they can acquire majority ownership and control of the project for an awful lot less than by settling the arbitration claim.

Does anyone have more insight into possibility this than me?
