Dear Agoracom Family,

I want to thank all of you for your patience with us over the past 48 hours and apologize for what was admittedly a botched launch of our new site.

As you can see, we have reverted back to the previous version of the site while we address multiple forum functionality flaws that inexplicably made their way into the launch.

To this end:

1.We have identified 8 fundamental but easily fixable flaws that will be corrected in the coming week, so that you can continue to use the forums exactly as you've been accustomed to.

2.Additionally we will also be implementing a couple of design improvements to "tighten up" the look and feel of the forums.

I think this has been posted before by me and others.

Several names were offerred by both sides regarding the third member. The third member is supposed to be a neutral person. Both side rejected the persons recommended by each for that 3rd person resulting in a stalemate. Plus more correspondence likely. It's to Vz benefit to stall as long as possible obviously. This stalemate was reported by ICSID or KRY or somebody I don't remember but which in the same breath said they would be choosing the 3rd "neutral" person and when they did so neither side would have anything to say about it. ICSID have absolute power in this matter of the third man. (Sounds like a movie I know). This event took place a couple of months ago I believe.

And so we wait. But why are we waiting so long? The ICSID have an enormous agenda to monitor. We just may be in a queue waiting our turn. Avg looks like 6 mo., we are going into our 7th now. We are the last entry of the first page. When we get to the 2nd page we'll get closer to an announcement. At one time we were number 1 on page 1, March, 2011. That's my not-so-logical indicator.

Anyone have a better response to hb? I'm curious too.
