i'm a little curious how a "delisting from the TSX" would affect "regulatory approval" of the PP????

assuming that kry fills the PP, can they get regulatory approval if they are not listed on an exchange in canada??

i know this will be taken as a "nervous nellie" or "doomsayer" type question but with all the "over-subscribed", "we should close on the PP next week", etc. talk..i thought it might be worth discussing...
