The most current update I have (earlier this week) was that the Company was working with Agents and Investors on the announced Private Placement and plans for retiring the existing notes and financing the proceeding ICSID case. While I have not been advised of pending news or expected timeline, I would expect some sort of update and/or regulatory filings in the near term.
