Seems there are tid-bits of indications Noteholders, "settled." Just putting this out there because it seems right there out front. Been waiting for someone else to point it out and surprised this has not been brought up sooner. Sometimes things seem obvious, but folks don't want to put themselves out there.

Especially interesting is the request for CCAA protection extension only to April 15, the day before the bridge loan is due. Why? Less than a month, then another request for extension of CCAA protection, even though, "scheduling can be difficult," for a CCAA court date. Could it be they squeezed all the blood out of this turnip with the recent P&D? Could it be another extension is not necessary because substantially more has been "agreed" upon (eg. Plan of Arrangement) during this extended wait period? Could it be, maybe, just maybe, the Noteholders have "settled" by rolling the notes, or might even be DIP'sters? The hero, turned villain, is now a hero again?

Regardless, whether these speculations become reality or not, it is Computershare's lack of action that may be "telling"...

Computershare has no objection to an earlier CCAA hearing. Why?

Maybe Computershare is now on board with the company.

If they aren't, it sure looks like there are possible indications of it.
