As we all know the company has never been a leader in the PR department. It's only my opinion but they likely cut a deal to leave the exchange voluntarily and not have to pay any outstanding amounts. There is pretty much zero liquidity at this point anyway - no buyers or sellers. The current shareholders are prepared to see this ordeal through to it's conclusion.
