Don't lose sight of the fact that we have secured financing to get us through this - as costly as it is. There are never any "guarantees" in life. Forward looking statements embrace the concept of conservatism. But nobody is lending us money to "WIN". They are lending us money to collect. Nobody lends millions simply to see justice served. Think about it.
