It wasn't meant as covered for X amount of dollars. It was meant as a level of concern for us little guys as the big boys. KRY has never given a rat's ass about retail and that was painfully obvious at agm's that were attended by retail holders. Fungs attitude was plain in this regard.

Don't tell me he has the little retail guys best interest at heart. He is forced to say the things you posted in those excerpts from court documents. If he said anything else or had the same attitude as he had at agm's it would work against him big time.

But let's hope the court holds him to task and the process ends on the positive side for all.
