I for one did not expect 12% of nothing. We all invested real money and expected real returns by a competent and fair management that upholds their fiduciary duty to shareholders. Seems like all they did was secure their windfall, while shareholders were of no concern as was made perfectly clear by their lawyer in the recent hearings.

As many have pointed it out, this case is unique, so your comparison does not hold water.

Spend good money after bad... I fully expect Tenor would have wiped us out completely as that's just business to them. The only reason we're even discussing anything is because some shareholders stepped up with the only action that can actually make a difference, and I for one fully expect to support them for a fair share of any award.
