What about shareholders that may either choose not to opt in for what ever reason including they were not on this board or connected with anyone that had the opt in info?

If the shareholder committee and Gowlings are successful in acheiving an improved recovery for shareholders is it for all shareholders alike or is it only inclusive of those that opted in so that there would be two claasses of shareholders and two different payouts to the two shareholder classes (e.g. opted in and those that did not opt in). TIA.
