I don't like the time frame on that Chavez Anouncement.

It seems like forever :-) .....Anyway,

Wouldn't it be cool if someone else

actually took a responsible stance, you know, like an adult,

that would come through and actually live up to the vows he

or she pledged when entering into office?

Pipe Dream? I think responsible people are almost there.
