I believe you are correct about the break fee being for the committee.

Yes it is a win/win. It doesn't cost opt ins anything unless Gowling is able to get us more than we would have had before.

The hypothetical example being over $1.40 a share based on fully diluted and $1.60 a share on the actual share count of 365 million shares, it seems like with our existing .30 a share we may get to that $2.00 figure yet.
