I can answer the question about the AGM and Listing.

If I remember correctly Fung asked the Judge to allow them to cancel the AGM and trading and he approved it.

It is quite possible Gowling will explore the listing option and get an AGM again in the future. I would imagine they are working on other issues at present.

Remember Gowling wanted to have everyone included but Fung and Tenor fought against it and that request was denied. My guess is that the company has no interest in releasing a list of shareholders and how to get a hold of them. They would much prefer it seem like everyone is happy with what they are doing.
