I think the optin group was created because the "Committee" was running out of money to support legal fees for litigation to continue.  Without the help of us optin shareholders the continuation of litigation would be at risk. Whithout us we may have even ended up ;osing the 12%. Thank goodness there are some of us who are willing to sacrifice a little bit for litigation to contunue.

Just think in no one opted in. We would likely be cooked and forgotten. Thanks to those who opted in to help the case to continue.

There are some though who don't opt in may very well benefit withou any cost to them. Sounds greedy. but on our backs.
