Circulating, in the news now,  is that Maduro staged this whole thing to stir up supporters and to have an excuse to bring out the FANB, the Veneualian troops against protesters because the poice are being overwhelmed.  It is to defend against terrorist attac,k he said, that is supported by CIA. What a crazy desperate man.

Maduro said they captured the pilot of the helicopter who is a Police Captain.  He is also, it is said, a part time actor. Weird or What
