I hope you are right. I think they will pay us out of reserves other than default. That would kill them as a country and regime. The money is there and I have waited 20 plus years and the people of Ven have been fooled as things were ok with high oil prices. Ven signed the international agreement to do business. Then they change their mind? Sorry! Can't wait to get to the Fung ripoff chapter of this saga. I hope we get paid this year!
