1. You are clairvoyent

2. You are talking out of your behind

You can contact the monitor and ask to sign a CA. He would likely not agree to this, however, if you ask your lawyer to do this he will almost certainly agree to it. But your next statement about figgering what to do next - I will take your word for that being ridiculous.
