Dear Agoracom Family,

I want to thank all of you for your patience with us over the past 48 hours and apologize for what was admittedly a botched launch of our new site.

As you can see, we have reverted back to the previous version of the site while we address multiple forum functionality flaws that inexplicably made their way into the launch.

To this end:

1.We have identified 8 fundamental but easily fixable flaws that will be corrected in the coming week, so that you can continue to use the forums exactly as you've been accustomed to.

2.Additionally we will also be implementing a couple of design improvements to "tighten up" the look and feel of the forums.

Here is what people need to do.

Go to the Gowling site and read motion materials 24, 25 and 26. It is a lot of reading but gives an excellent picture into what is happening.

In motion 24 go to pages 189 to 191 and read about the delays in getting the unredacted documents. Some board members have been frustrated that Gowling is moving too slow. This time frame will show what Gowling and the committee has been facing. It appears that only two committee members and the lawyers have NDA's. Pretty hard to have any kind of conversation when it appears only two of 8 committee members have NDA's. 

Hopefully this will put an end to select posters who have supported Tenor and Kry by saying there is no proof they are delaying this process. The proof is now out there for all of us to see in black and white. I'm proud to be a complaining shareholders and standing up for our rights which should include management working in our best interest instead of their own.
