So I know this is all conjecture but we can assume money is coming north into coffers of crystallex, tenor,fung, etc. and now we are on hold for the judge to rule on us peons (the way fung treated us) vs the company. This should heat up. Can't see how fung got to play both sides and threw us under the bus. He gets paid either way. If the judge rules in our favor, he should pull all of fung's stock. Let him rot.
