This whole settlement deal is actually to Tenor's advantage as dragging out the collection maximizes their cut (60% interest per year) and eliminates any shareholder interest (more funding required). That is if we aren't already at zero... No way to know.. It's all sealed so that VZ doesn't get an upper hand on collection efforts. Right... It's sealed to f#*$ us from the start.  

Will be interesting to see how ConocoPhillips handles collection but it wouldn't surprise me if they end up with large stake in CITGO.
