NextEaster, if TENOR is running the Crystallex Ship, it's in their best interest to stall any payouts as they collect fat interest and penalties on the DIP credit line - far more that the meager interest the company may receive on the $500M held. The Monitor and CCAA Judge should be alerted to that fact! 

Payoff the DIP line and creditors asap and get this Crystallex ship debtless and headed in the right direction. Over two months of penalties and interest paid whan they have the monies on hand to eliminate! Do something!
