(1) Paau, do you think Crystallex/Tenor is dragging their feet? They collected $500 million last year and have not yet moved to pay off creditors.

(2) Wouldn't the penalties and interest on the Creidtor monies be expanding at a far greater rate than any monies Crystallex/Tenor is sitting on?

(3) if Crystallex/Tenor paid off the Creditors wouldn't they then have to emerge from CCAA protection?

(4) If Crystallex/Tenor emerged from CCAA protection, would they be open to greater transparency as a public (but not reporting) company, and open to securities regulatory scruitiny or shareholder action?
