Nothing you have posted refutes what I posted.

1. The tax reports are being prepared independently under court direction. Tenor and Crystallex cannot "kick the can down the road" (which is a nonsense conspiracy theory anyway).

2. The monitor has and will communicate with genuine parties. I cannot comment on your (or many others) legitimacy.

As to your claim of "so keen on keeping the tax analysis under wraps" I don't think you understand what the court order was about (it was about privilege not secrecy per se). Nevertheless it is true that Tenor and Crystallex have been keen to keep as much under wraps as possible. We know that VZ are not above fraud, we know the noteholders are predatory, we know the shareholders are greedy and we know that some parties may represent 2 or more of these. Clearly the court sympathises with the need for secrecy.
