Message: Tenor Offers US$ 0.30 / Share!!!

I do not know if/when the Tenor-KRY SS will make the buyout offer. Paau seems to be the only one that is privy to this.

What I know is that no shareholder will get US$ 0.30/share because for that to be the case there would have to be shareholders owning more than 66.666% that would agree to such a low buyout price, which is not going to happen. The reason for this is very simple: the mining data and the tax bebefit that can only accrue to the legacy shareholders plus the 9% share of the NAP that belongs to the shareholders adds up to much more than US$ 0.30.

You may not know this but the institutional investors alone own more than 30% of KRY's shares, and they will never leave good money on the table.

Mind you, there are legal ways that the Tenor-KRY SS could try to use to buy the shares of the institutional investors at a higher price than the buyout offer. However, there is no legal means by which the Tenor-KRY SS can avoid distributing to ANYONE BUT the the legacy shareholders the value of the mining data and the tax loss carry-forwad benefit.

So, you are lucky, given that all shareholders will receive the same HIGHER buyout offer.
