What are the odds that Citgo will actually be auctioned off vs Vz paying us off to save Citgo for their future? Something has to give.

Citgo can be a money-maker for Vz if the country had good leadership and it is a direct source of USD.

The Treasury is opposed to the sale in hopes the leadership in Vz changes. Stalemate.
