Dear Agoracom Family,

I want to thank all of you for your patience with us over the past 48 hours and apologize for what was admittedly a botched launch of our new site.

As you can see, we have reverted back to the previous version of the site while we address multiple forum functionality flaws that inexplicably made their way into the launch.

To this end:

1.We have identified 8 fundamental but easily fixable flaws that will be corrected in the coming week, so that you can continue to use the forums exactly as you've been accustomed to.

2.Additionally we will also be implementing a couple of design improvements to "tighten up" the look and feel of the forums.

...the annual compensation paid to Sergio Marchi and a summary of the terms of
engagement of his financial advisor, Pirinate Consulting Group, LLC excluding the
monthly fee information for Mr. Marchi's financial advisor. The Company has advised
the Monitor that it will provide a copy of their agreements with Pirinate Consulting
Group, LLC in response to a request made during cross-examinations with the fee
information redacted.

Decided to look up this mysterious KRY "independent" director Sergio Marchi.

With respect to the amount of the CVRs transferred to Mr. Fung and Mr. Oppenheimer, the
Applicant asserts that maintaining confidentiality of that information is necessary at this
time to protect Mr. Fung and Mr. Oppenheimer from physical harm in Venezuela where
they may need to attend in the future for in-person negotiations with Venezuela.
