Not quite following this...

Are they implying that the 425M Crystallex received in the "The Settlement" was actually 1.3B now? What documents reveal this, can someone point to this document?

All I see being revealed so far is the alleged balance still owed to Crystallex in the public version of the Proposed Sale Order.

Crystallex’s Judgment. Subject to paragraph 29 of this Order, Crystallex’s outstanding judgment is $969,999,752.93 as of August 9, 2021 (“Crystallex’s Judgment”).
