I like this part the best: "Additionally, and importantly, as has been repeatedly noted, the Venezuela Parties are free to cause the Court to terminate the sale by paying Crystallex the judgement Crystallex has long been owed."

I will bet that Venezuela, if eventually this is settled one way or the other. at the last mnute, pays the judgement. I hope this will happen soon. "Sooner, than Later!?" 

Very unfortunate for everybody, on our side,  it has taken this long to get this judgement,

Now it is up to the Treasury to allow this to proceed to conclusion, with full payment.

Something is happening in November if I remember correctly. Hope by Christmas this is all over.
