I hope everyone has been able to get their missing shares put back into their account. Don't wait for a settlement and hope Crystallex will know who you are. We need to be proactive with our brokers and banks that your shares are shown in your account. Check your statement monthly because if you don't and Tenor or Crystallex can find a way to make them disappear I believe they will. Much like making the courts aware buy dialing in, contact your broker if your shares are missing.
