The KRY shares may be delisted, but that does not negate the shareholders property rights in the company. In fact, if that were the case, Fung and Tenor would have long ago asked the DE Bankruptcy Court to dismiss the shareholder action for lack of standing.

I am not saying that Fung and Tenor may not continue to try leaving the shareholders by the wayside to maximize their windfall. They may wish that it was so simple. However, that ship sailed a long time ago.
