We do not want a $1,000 debt paid 5 cents a month until paid. Crazy. Don't go for this. Look what they did to GRZ. Now, GRZ is stuck with a share agreement Vz set up with a made-up Vz company that later Maduro collapsed. Smart Vz, stupid GRZ. Of course, the debt is still there, but now has to practically restart from scratch. Way behind.

We want the cash in full, now.
