Judgement Holder question

I have 4000 shares of Crystallex and I have filed all the paperwork (proof of shares held) and other paperwork required. I don't understand this Robert B. Pincus as Special Master document I see today in the postings. Am I considered a "Judgment Holder" if I am just a shareholder?

Will I have to complete anything involved in this "Crystallex International Corporation v. Bolivarian Republic of Venezuea (attached Judgment Statements) they reference?
