Compensation for the KRY shares

I owned a few shares of Crystallex on TD Ameritrade which now have been removed when taken over by Schwab.

I had previous opted in with Gowlings.

My question to the members will we ever see any compensation for our shares and do I need to do anything at this moment to make sure that I will do so.
