These guys drive me crazy. They have defaulted on billions of dollars to companies and shareholders like us and then cry about losing Citgo. They have had over a decade to pay us and make this whole thing go away. Others wouldn't have had an easy time claiming alter ego but because we filed before the interm government was set up it doesn't apply to us.

They could have settled with us for a billion in the begining. We wouldn't have need any loan to sue them. Share holders would have gotten around $2.00 a share. Problem is I doubt Fung would have settled because he doesn't have many shares so his only chance at a pay day was to drag this out as well.
