Many states have developed ligation finance rules. I think we need to see if any of them can be useful to our cause. Was Tenor controlling the litigation were they directing the law firm. Where was the litigation finance contracts signed and delivered etc. Can we get copies of the initial and all litigation contracts. Litigation financiers are not supposed to have control of the litigation nor a percentage share of the case - just a loan. Here they crossed the line.
