There is something really really wrong with all this . It has NEVER been the case that when we are given a seemingly "important ":date , that it means anything at all , except   ALWAYS more $$$$$ for lawyers and Crystallex mobsters.. That's what this case has always  been about ... All this blah blah blah over the years and its always been basically the same case , same actors .  and now I hear that Pincus has a shady reputation in DE ( even billboards publically condemming him .) Even someone  here has recently suggested that we make sure our heirs are clued into what's happening .and he knows what he's talking about .. There is something really disouraging with that scenario.. I picked my screen name at least 20 years ago, which just shows how much I know ,,,
