the government already bailed out the cjr fund (they called it an "economic stimulus check") but it's a good idea!

maybe we can get government to bailout the entire stock market while we're at it...if they'd just gaurantee every dollar that goes into the market then i'm sure the market would go up!

they could call it the "full faith and credit act of 2008' "....
