hi ya'll, just thought i'd throw this out there for anyone who still follows the saga. on the icsid case site it looks like a decision on highbury should be coming soon. this case seemed to move along very quickly for icsid... i'd keep an eye on the decision on this one as i'm still convinced it is tied to LC/fung/etc..
