So   Not only does Pure Energy have to spend the remaining 180,000 US Dollars on exploration for the first year anniversary  but they have to spend another $500,000 befor the second year anniversary.  So   $680,000  has to spent on Glory in the next say.. approx  13 months..   

As well Pure has to fork over 100,00 Us Dollars to CYP and 750,000 Pure Energy Shares on or before Aug 24 th,  2017..   

WITH THE MONEY STILL IN THE  CYPRESS TREASURY,  AND ALONG WITH  PURE'S 100,000 DOLLARS,
 
I DO NOT EXPECT ANY NEED OF DILLUTION OF CYP SHARES.
