Appears Canaccord has been in supporting the stock at $0.07, this might mean they are shopping the Private Placement around and looking for a certain price, therefore, they need to hold the price in this range to convince people of the value. If so, this is good, I would think a press release regarding the financing will follow shortly. ALSO, this is a good place to buy (accumulate) more stock if one is inclined because Canaccord is going to have to take the price higher to sell the shares they are buying. All good from here, the only thing we need now is the timeline of the program and more importantly, the next 2 holes hit into the heart of the 3D analysis to allow them to raise the price and then do a serious capital raise at much higher prices.
