At least the good news didn't drop our S/P as it usually does! However I wonder how long the drilling will be halted? Maybe they will start drilling again in the spring. Obama seems to have a positive impact on the markets and many of the Americans I ahve talked to seem to think that the have hit or just about hit the bottom so the only way left would be UP!! Let's hope so
