In my opinion insider selling is not always bad. Think about it this way, you have worked for a company for some time and have done a good job, isn't only fair to expect a reasonable bonus? I realize not all companies public or private give bonuses but it would be nice if they were able to recognize their employees this way. The options given to the insider's can be considered another form of reward for a job well done. Let's give them the benefit of the doubt and hope for good drill results.
