How do you know that the money is for the Mississauga plant? All I saw in the release(s) for all the PPs is that the funds are for 'general corporate purposes'.

If you are right, then I'd say the plant acquisition is a non-starter. Hard buy a manufacturing plant on grants and debt alone. You need to have some skin in the game.
