I think she handled herself pretty well. She spoke very clearly and kept the stumped/thinking moments so they were almost unnoticeable.

Unfortunately, still very little information. They did comment on "almost 200 employees".

In response to some of the speculation about the $30mil Contract not being mentioned, ...

I'm not sure how one takes over a plant of this size and that many employees with little to no Contracts. This announcement with Laclenche won't do it. There has to be more going on.

Also, perhaps Evonik is offering the financing and will end up taking the plant back if all fails. But for now, it suits their needs/PR.
